Behind The Scenes
Our event planning teams are on hand to assist you in bringing your vision to life.
Whether you are looking for full festival planning services or just assistance with the kids-zone our team can develop bespoke plans available in multilayer presentation which gives you a step by step guide for safety and precision.
Using our state-of-the-art planning software, used by festivals such as Glastonbury and Cheese & Chilli, we can digitally map your festival site or venue allowing you to maximise the space and comply with all local authority regulations. We can plot everything from power and water, to food stops and baby changing.
Initial consultations are always free of charge and we love to meet the teams behind the events we are attending.
Our West Berkshire hub is open Monday – Friday 9.30am – 5pm for you to come and see and test the kit. Come down and grab a coffee and see the wonderful world of The Inflatable Circus come to life.
